Residential Bridging (Second Charge)
- Max LTV: 65%
- Min Loan: £50,000 Max Loan: £1,000,000
- Monthly Rate: 1.09% up to 60% LTV, 1.04% up to 65% LTV
- Non-structural works permitted. Including completing works to a property which has been
extended and second fix has been fully completed
Debt Consolidation
- Max LTV: 65% first charge, 60% second charge
- Min Loan: £50,000 Max Loan: £2,000,000 first charge, £1,000,000 second charge
- 1.14% up to 50% LTV, 1.19% up to 65% LTV first charge
- No works permitted
Heavy Renovation (First Charge)
- Max LTV: 65% of value + 100% of costs
- Min Loan: £100,000 Max Loan: £1,500,000
- Monthly Rate: 1.09% up to 50%, 1.14% up to 65%
- Works to the property: Extensions of up to 33% of the current square footage
Heavy Renovation (Second Charge)
- Max LTV: 60% of value + 100% of costs
- Min Loan: £100,000 Max Loan: £1,000,000
- Monthly Rate: 1.19% up to 50%, 1.24% up to 60%
- Works to the property: Extensions of up to 33% of the current square footage
Light Development (First Charge)
- Max LTV: 60% of value + 100% of costs
- Min Loan: £100,000 Max Loan: £1,500,000
- Monthly Rate: 1.19% up to 65%
- Works to the property: Change of use to residential / Increase in number of units
